PREMESSA L'ordinamento e la stesura delle Regole di Convivenza Sociale, a cui il seguente Indice dei TITOLI fa riferimento, si attengono principalmente alla Natura dell'Essere Umano ed alle sue stesse Ragioni di Esistere. Infatti dopo una prima Definizione di cosa si intende per Regole di Convivenza Sociale, si chiariscono gradualmente e per quanto possibile, le priorità su cosa intende l'Essere Umano per se e per i suoi principali interessi: - quale Individuo Privato e quale Cittadino Pubblico nel Sociale, con - quali Atti, prima Privati e poi Comuni, sa far nascere e crescere il Benessere suo e la sua capacità di Convivere, - come intende vivere la Comunità formatasi, - come vuole sostenere la stessa e a chi consente di appartenervi, - come accetta la Convivenza e l'Equilibrio Demografico, - come ritiene darsi, e poi rispettare, una Educazione alla Vita Sociale ed una Istruzione Culturale e Operativa, - quali Attività Lavorative vuole che siano previste ed eseguite, - quali Parametri intende considerare e rispettare per la distribuzione delle Attività Pubbliche e Private, - quali principi Vitali affermare e - quali i provvedimenti prendere per il Rispetto Reciproco degli Individui e per la Cura della Salute e di ogni genere di Assistenza Pubblica, - come curare la Sicurezza sua e dei suoi simili, - come perseguire Pace Sociale, la Giustizia e l'Equità Sociale. Inoltre si precisano le qualità Logistiche Vitali in un contesto possibilmente Federativo, ed infine si afferma e si riconosce l'inevitabile presenza del Rischio Vitale per le Comunità a causa dell'Esistenza contemporanea di Stati più o meno vicini che non rispettano le stesse Regole di Convivenza Sociale. |
PREMISE The arrangement and drafting of the Rules of Social Coexistence, to which the following Index of TITLES refers, mainly comply with the Nature of the Human Being and its own Reasons for Existing. In fact, after an initial definition of what is meant by Rules of Social Coexistence, the priorities on what the Human Being means for himself and for his main interests are gradually clarified as far as possible: - as a Private Individual and as a Public Citizen in Society, with - which Acts, first Private and then Common, know how to give birth and grow his Well-Being and his ability to Live Together, - how he intends to live the Community formed, - how it wants to support it and who it allows to belong to it, - how he accepts Coexistence and Demographic Balance, - as he believes to give himself, and then respect, an Education for Social Life and a Cultural and Operational Education, - which Work Activities he wants to be planned and performed, - which Parameters he intends to consider and respect for the distribution of Public and Private Activities, - what Vital principles to affirm e - what measures to take for Mutual Respect of Individuals and for Health Care and any kind of Public Assistance, - how to take care of the Safety of him and his fellows, - how to pursue Social Peace, Justice and Social Equity. Furthermore, the Vital Logistic qualities are specified in a possibly Federative context, and finally the inevitable presence of the Vital Risk for the Communities is affirmed and recognized due to the contemporary Existence of more or less neighboring States that do not respect the same Rules of Coexistence Social. |
