Il Cittadino o la Cittadina Membro della Comunità Consentanea Municipale ritiene e concorda che per favorire il costante Incremento del Benessere Sociale, il maggior Godimento Individuale di Beni, Territori, Ambiente, Ricchezze e Risorse disponibili, ed il Sostegno di elevate, sane ed oneste Relazioni Individuali, concrete, fisiche, sentimentali, morali e sociali tra Concittadini in Comunità, è indispensabile consentire la più ampia Educazione Culturale assieme ad una piena Coscienza di se e ad una libera, umana e volontaria Conoscenza Interpersonale, Legami Privati e Sociali considerati origine e stimolo di una comune, spontanea, naturale e umana confidenza, fiducia e concordia, e a tal fine è altresì fondamentale impedire la crescita della Popolazione, senza misura e senza controllo nel Numero e nel Genere degli stessi Concittadini appartenenti alla stessa Comunità.

The Citizen Member of the Municipal Consent Community believes and agrees that to encourage the constant Increase in Social Welfare, the greater Individual Enjoyment of Goods, Territories, Environment, Riches and Resources available, and the Support of high, healthy and honest Individual Relationships, concrete, physical, sentimental, moral and social among fellow Citizens in the Community, it is essential to allow the widest Cultural Education together with a full Self-awareness and a free, human and voluntary Interpersonal Knowledge, Private and Social Ties considered the origin and stimulus of a common, spontaneous, natural and human confidence, trust and concord, and to this end it is also essential to prevent the growth of the Population, without measure and without control in the Number and Gender of the same fellow Citizens belonging to the same Community.
