BEHAVIOURAL SOCIAL RULES
Il Cittadino/a Membro della Comunitā Consentanea Municipale concorda che la responsabilitā generale delle attivitā di Servizio e Assistenza Pubblica ai Cittadini/e, č delegata a quei Cittadini/e che, come Portavoce dei Concittadini/e (eletti in numero di due ogni cento Cittadini/e), in forma Volontaria a Turno o per Diritto/Dovere Civile a Turno, si offrono o sono incaricati a divenire Membri Delegati dell'Istituto Pubblico Impersonale denominato Comitato Popolare Cittadino (CPC), impegnandosi a prestare, durante il loro mandato ed in forma pubblica e palese, il loro ingegno, ragione e attivitā, con civiltā e consapevolezza etica, al fine di constatare, sostenere, verificare e consolidare le condizioni umane, fisiche e morali, condivise e necessarie ad affermare e assicurare l'integritā del cammino verso la Felicitā Individuale dei Cittadini/e in Comunitā. The Citizen Member of the Municipal Consentanea Community agrees that the global responsibility of the Service Activities and the Public Assistance to Citizens, is delegated to those citizens that, as Spokesman of Fellow Citizens (elected in the number of two per cent Citizens), in the Volunteer Turn form or in for Law/Civil Duty Turn form, they offer or are instructed to become the Managing Members of the Impersonal Public Citizen Institute called People's Committee (CPC), pledging to pay, during their term and in public and blatant form, their talent, discretion and activity, with civility and ethical awareness, in order to establish, support, verify and consolidate the human conditions, physical and moral, shared and necessary to affirm and ensure the integrity of the path towards the Indiividual Happiness of the Citizens in the Community.
